We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours, but can sometimes take upto 7 working days in busy periods and during our show season. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. There may be delays over the Easter, Christmas & New Year holidays. The quoted delivery time also includes the time required for processing the order. Deliveries by Royal mail could take longer to reach you after shipment. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will try to contact you as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

If you wish to return an item that hasn’t been used in any way and the ball bands are still on, you can e-mail to request a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage and a re-stocking charge may apply of up to 10%. We reserve the right to refuse return requests that fall outside of the UK Sale of Goods act at our discretion.

Goods which have been used, re wound or the original packaging removed by the buyer will have been accepted by the buyer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 7 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the buyer, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 7 days of receipt. Please note if your item is faulty in anyway or used contrary to any instructions on the label/packaging or this website then no refund will be given. If your order arrives damaged, you must e-mail (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage) for instructions on returning the damaged items. A full refund will be made for the return of damaged items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
